- Installment Plans: Flexible installment plans are available upon request, allowing you to spread the cost over several payments.
- Up to 60 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 30-59 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost.
- Less Than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund.
- Cancellation by ALZEENAT: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the package, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

- Documentation: Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and visa.
